A fun and creative space to explore and challenge what your body can do.
In this playful class, we mix calming, meditative somatic exercises with fun and challenging movement games, designed to improve your body awareness (both proprioception and interoception). Working individually as wel as with others, you’ll connect with your body in new ways, discovering your full range of movement and ability.
It’s a class full of sweat, laughter, and exciting physical challenges that help you unlock your movement potential—giving you more confidence in everyday life.

Create in the moment—performance as a practice of presence.
This class teaches you how to listen to your surroundings, your own movement, objects, music, and even your state of mind, to instantly create performances. Whether solo or in a group, you’ll learn tools that help you deeply connect to the present moment, allowing spontaneous and meaningful creation.
